The performance of a supervisor or a teacher in a classroom can be evaluated in a several ways. In some cases, daily supervision of teachers is done by their supervisors where some aspects of information delivery are to be analyzed. Overall classroom performance assessment through the daily clinical supervision is critical supervision is important where presentation and step-wise teaching are being done. There are several problems that are associated with direct supervision. Professional development is overlooked as more emphasis is laid on the perfect delivery systems.

In addition to the simple delivery approaches, professional development is added to other concepts. Strong indicators of general performance are critical in fusing the two approaches. A special platform of initiating dialog has to be integrated in the learning process. The dialog platform increases the active participation by the learners. Delivery systems are boosted as a process. This means that the assimilation of information is also boosted.

The process of teaching and learning can be boosted in a number of ways. The use of instructional leadership in learning is very critical in the overall improvement of teaching and the dissemination of information in a classroom. The implementation of such systems within a learning environment is very critical for learning. The systems must be put in place for continuous improvement of learning process.

A group of learners can be actively involved in the learning process by helping the teachers and the supervisors to identify some of the problems that they face. Identification of problems is the first stage in tackling a problem. A plan is then drafted by involving the students and the supervisor. Collective approach is very crucial for improvement of learning.

The walkthroughs approaches are made up of a number of intertwined models. Each of these models focuses on solving a particular problem that has been highlighted. The models are broken down into several segments. In each of these segments, particular shortcomings of the learning process are identified. In some cases, the teachers may use smaller groups of students in identifying various ways of tackling the problems under consideration.

A walkthrough approach can be furthered by the use of a better learning walk. The concept seeks to gauge the ability of students to concentrate on various learning aspects. Instructional learning makes the process advanced. As more and more instructions are issued, the concentration span of students is increased.

Interaction between students and their supervisors increase the level of activism within the learning environment. As students get to interact with others, they learn more and more from their friends. They also learn the best ways of airing their views during discussions. As a result of more interactions, their social circles are enlarged as they make more friends.

A number of learning tools can be integrated with the learning walk. As the technology is churning out more handheld devices, the learning environment can be boosted by incorporating these devices. Learning and the overall dissemination of information is boosted in the process.
