It is sad that some people die, just to leave people fighting and killing one another over your properties. Some people may be special to you in one way or the other. For instance, you may have a friend who you value and adore. In case you plan to leave some of your wealth to him or her, you can do so by writing a will. Otherwise, dyeing without a will will only make it hard for the person to receive the inheritance.

If you have many properties, it may be possible that your people do not know where these properties are. You can make sure that they learn about the properties through your will. You will need to include the properties and their heirs, in your will. This will make sure that strangers do not enjoy your properties.
