This law is applied in Western civilization where there are lawyers assigned to this particular incident aiding victims like the Temecula personal injury attorney located in California. In proper cases, this person profits from this law when evidence match, but there are circumstances that are just made to make money using the law.

Well, not for the woman that filed the first case on this list, the lady ordered a hot coffee on a drive thru food chain, she wanted to add cream and sugar but then the accident happened. The woman got coffee all over and sued the food chain for serving a coffee too hot to be served, imagine that.

Next, a formulated home security system actuated and shot a cheat that attempted to burglarize a home. The television station that aired the said forecast got sued by the lady for showing fake news. It was reported on the tv that it will be sunny, however, it rained and caused the lady to get the flu, that is why you always bring an umbrella with you.

People like to make selfies these days, and no one know who was the first person to do it. Well, it seems like animal rights group knew it and claims that the monkeys are the owner of the selfie. Apparently, the intellectual ownership is already filled with stupid rulings and not applicable to the case.

A cop got sued for shooting a burglar on the run. The felon said that the damage it took cost too much to the assigned budget for cops to accommodate shooting injuries. The problem is the thief was reported pointing a live gun at the cops that shot him twice on parts of his body that are nonlethal.

Last but not least, a nursing student files a case against the school for not passing the course. She was reported to have anxiety issues, hence the professors said that she was allowed to take exams in a nondistracted environment and even allowed to question school staffs. The lady manages to still fail the exams even with the privileges given and requested a lawyer to sort the situation.
