Communicating with your experts is very essential in assuring the testimony to be effective. Some of them tends to sound arrogant and condescending unintentionally when they explain complex matter to the jurors. This might result in a not favorable respond. Discuss and work things out with them to improve their demeanor so that they will be able to give the best possible testimony.
