Their subjects must be written in anonymous names to respect their privacy. The value of confidentiality is highly recognized especially during these proceedings. This is for the purpose of protecting these individuals from possible harm especially if this is a criminal case. Court reporters also have similar jobs. Instead of writing their observations, they use oral statements as documentation.

Using psychological concepts and principles is to determine which behavior is natural and which is not. That must be why the government also makes use of court reporters to write a documentation of the entire proceeding so that these professionals can replay it not only for documentation purposes but also for a more detailed assessment. However, the characters make us of the steno masks.

These are formatted reports done by medical staffs to communicate with the doctors. They use the techniques of vocal writing to properly copy their medical records. They usually utilize a speech recognition device to translate their oral words into written words. However, a mask and a microphone are unnecessary because they are not protecting any rights of confidentiality.

This is just for the purpose of clear and accurate transportation of information to maximize outputs and minimize errors. They sometimes use a tiny sound card that is connected to a microphone cord. This microphone cord has a USB adaptor on its tip so that it can be easily accessed in a computer.

These technological inventions gave so many benefits to our society. Aside from a more systematic process, it also aids in the accuracy of transporting private messages and will encourage the people to practice honesty and authenticity. After all, this contributes to the advantages of technology in our modern society.
